CooCE partners from ELGO actively participated in the 17th International Conference on Sustainable Solid Waste Management, held in Thessaloniki from 2nd to 3rd November 2023. Dr Maria Gaspari presented recent advancements in project work package 2, focusing on the evaluation of various packing materials and their effects on process performance, biological methanation efficiency, and process flexibility under different feeding strategies. The conference served as an excellent opportunity to showcase the CooCE concept, highlighting its potential role in advancing anaerobic digestion and waste management practices.
