Harnessing potential of biological CO2 capture for Circular Economy

Lemvig Biogas is a Danish centrilised biogas plant. Lemvig biogas was established in 1992 by a group of 72 local farmers as non-profit plant. Lemvig Biogas is a CHP based plant where the biogas is used for production of heat and electricity on the plant and at the local central heating utility in Lemvig. The non-profit status of the plant secures cheap heating to the local municipality as well as the production of an amount of electricity equal to the  consumption in private homes.
